Welcome to Cha Cha's Tacos & Tequila.

Created and operated by co-owners and seasoned restaurateurs Don Myers and Peter Serantoni, Cha Cha's Tacos & Tequila offers an alternative to traditional Mexican cuisine. Using quality seasonal and organic ingredients, our California-Latin-inspired menu features unique dishes roasted in a hardwood-fired oven, free-range chicken slow cooked on a rotisserie, and a variety of fresh housemade fire-roasted salsas, which hint to the natural and abundant flavor profiles found in every dish. Further, all items are affordably priced with appetizers from $3.50 and entrées under $17.

Cha Cha's passion for great quality and taste carries over to our list of libations. In addition to a vast selection of premium tequilas, Cha Cha's offers an array of specialty-handcrafted cocktails, each made using fresh squeezed juices, housemade infusions, and seasonal fruit. Ideally paired to complement the menu, we also stock a variety of popular and boutique central coast, Spanish and South American wines.

Cha Cha's dining experience is further enhanced by its status as being among the only Mexican restaurants in Orange County to utilize an open kitchen, allowing guests a clear view into the heart of the restaurant, showcasing a brick wood-burning oven and a classic spit-roasted rotisserie, also items that you will unlikely encounter in any other Mexican restaurant in the county.

Apart from our spacious and warmly lit main dining area, which includes comfortable booths and banquettes surrounded with a blend of traditional and modern brick-and-wood festooned décor, guests may dine al fresco with an equally spacious and heated patio overlooking the vibrant, pedestrian-friendly promenade. Our festive lounge is yet another area where guests can dine or unwind with a cold cerveza. The roomy and individual dining areas makes Cha Cha's ideal for small and large parties alike.

Cha Cha's is open for lunch, dinner and late night. We are located in North Orange County in the heart of Downtown Brea and within walking distance of Edwards multiplex cinemas, Brea Improv, and a variety of specialty retail among other popular downtown destinations. We are also conveniently located just one mile West of the Brea Mall and 57 fwy.
